Dear all of the youthsEveryone is welcome to the 2023 International Youth Cyber Environment Forum.Jeju Special Self-Governing Province holds this cyber environmental forum every year in order for the youths to share various environmental information through the presentation and discussion on their role and action in environmental preservation and to build their capacity in solving environmental problems.This Forum began from a student's proposal to hold a forum during the dialogue between IUCN Director General and the Jeju students of environmental club when the Preparatory Committee on 2012 World Conservation Congress was held.This year, The main theme is "Climate changes and biodiversity conservation”. 2 Sub themes are as below :1) The role of youth, government and enterprise in biodiversity conservation
2) Carbon neutral action plan of youth to response to climate change
